Audit Delivery Capability

Certification audits, delivered locally across Pakistan.

From Karachi to Lahore, Islamabad and beyond — we coordinate on-the-ground delivery of certification audits for our partner certification bodies, with auditors individually approved and contracted by the CB, and full audit evidence flowing back for independent technical review and decision.

Auditor network

A vetted network — approved by the certification body, not by us.

We maintain a network of associate auditors across Pakistan's major industrial centres. For certification work, every auditor signs an individual agreement with the partner CB, is competence-evaluated and approved by the CB, and is witness-audited before independent assignment.

ISO 9001 — Quality ISO 14001 — Environment ISO 45001 — OH&S ISO/IEC 27001 — Information Security ISO/IEC 20000-1 — IT Service Management ISO 22000 — Food Safety

Competence, evidenced

CVs, qualifications, audit logs and scheme registrations (IRCA/CQI where held) are provided to the partner CB for its own evaluation under ISO/IEC 17021-1 clause 7 — we never self-certify competence.

Independence, per assignment

Every auditor signs impartiality and conflict-of-interest declarations for each assignment. Anyone who has provided consultancy to a client is excluded from that client's audit under the two-year rule.

Continuing development

Scheme-update briefings, calibration sessions and CPD tracking keep the network current — with records available to the CB's competence-management process.

Delivery process

From enquiry to decision — with the CB in control at every gate.

1 · Application

We prepare the client's application and scope details in the CB's format; the CB performs application review and audit-time calculation.

2 · Team appointment

The CB appoints the audit team from its approved pool. We handle scheduling, logistics and client liaison.

3 · Audit delivery

Stage 1 and Stage 2 audits delivered on-site (or ICT-assisted where the scheme permits), with time-stamped evidence and complete working papers.

4 · Evidence pack

The full audit pack flows to the CB through our audit-management platform — nothing summarised, nothing withheld.

5 · Review & decision

Technical review and the certification decision are performed by the CB, by personnel independent of the audit — always.

6 · Surveillance cycle

We manage the local surveillance calendar and client relationship through the three-year cycle; the CB controls the audit programme.

Infrastructure

Oversight from 4,000 km away — made easy.

Our audit-management platform gives partner CBs live visibility of schedules, evidence, working papers and timelines — supporting remote technical review, witness planning and unannounced spot checks. Technology supports the process; it never makes certification judgements.
