No. ISOXPERT is not a certification body and does not issue certificates. We provide Pakistan market development, client relationship management and local audit-delivery coordination for one accredited international Certification Body partner. All certification functions — auditor competence approval, audit programme control, technical review, certification decisions, certificate issuance and use of accreditation marks — are retained by the CB.
A representation / local-office agreement structured to satisfy IAF MD 23 (Control of Entities Operating on Behalf of Accredited Certification Bodies), executed by a dedicated single-purpose Pakistani entity that performs no consultancy. Auditors contract individually with the CB and are approved, appointed and witness-audited by the CB.
The contracting entity performs no consultancy and issues no certificates. Related consulting and software activities are disclosed and firewalled, with a shared conflict-of-interest register visible to the CB. Personnel who have provided consultancy to a client are excluded from that client's audit in line with the two-year rule of ISO/IEC 17021-1, and all complaints and appeals route to the CB's documented process.

A published fee schedule for the functions only the CB performs — application review, technical review and certification decision, certificate issuance and registry listing, and annual maintenance — with local delivery economics on our side.
